<span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">I originally knew foenegriek only as a cooking ingredient, but while reading more about its benefits, I found that it is also widely used in natural skincare remedies. What really surprised me is how effective it is for common skin issues like acne, pimples, dryness, and dull skin.</span></span>

<span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">From what I learned, foenegriek contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that help cleanse the skin from within. It is also said to help remove toxins from the body, which can naturally lead to clearer and healthier-looking skin over time.</span></span>

<span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Many people also use foenegriek paste as a face mask, and I read that it can help reduce acne and improve skin texture. This made me realize how powerful natural remedies can be compared to chemical-based products.</span></span>
