I am building a gaming PC and trying to balance performance with budget. I want to get the best value-for-money CPU that can handle modern games at 1080p and even 1440p without going overboard on price.

I am familiar with the common options like the AMD Ryzen series and Intel Core processors, but I am unsure which one gives me the most bang for my buck in terms of gaming performance. I have been using PC Builder to help me choose compatible parts for my build, but I would love to hear from you all about which CPUs you have had great experiences with.

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX

Storage: 500GB SSD



What do you think would be the best CPU option for this kind of build? I am aiming for good gaming performance without overspending.
