Although Ethical Legal Outsourcing is not a recent development, there exist significant moral issues in outsourcing where a company contracts services of lawyers or firms to do part of the administrative or administrative law proceedings on its behalf. Part of these issues revolve around the ethical burden of hiring a lawyer in whichever form; be it counsel, associate or contract attorney. It is the responsibility of lawyers to guarantee the competence of their subordinates. The ultimate objective of any work by an outsourced provider on behalf of a customer is a competent representation.
