If you want a name that feels mysterious and powerful, female demon names connected with darkness or night can be a great choice for a fantasy character, story, or game. Names such as Nyx and Nox directly relate to night, while Leila and Layla mean “night” in Arabic and Kiera is associated with the meaning “little dark one.” Other options, such as Ebony and Jett, create a darker feeling through their connection with black or deep darkness. Choosing a name based on its meaning can make a character feel more memorable because the name itself hints at her nature, powers, or mysterious background.
