How to Convert OLM to Outlook PST Add the OLM File The next step is to add the OLM file to the conversion application. Most conversion utilities provide an option to browse the computer and select the required source file. Navigate to the location where the OLM file is stored and select it carefully. If multiple files exist, verify the filename and size before continuing. Some tools may allow users to add multiple OLM files simultaneously. After selection, allow the software to analyze the mailbox structure. This analysis can identify folders and available mailbox items before conversion begins, helping users confirm that the correct source data has been selected.
