Handle MSG Files from Different Folders MSG files may be distributed across multiple folders because of different projects, users, departments, or storage locations. Managing these files individually can make email organization difficult. A multiple-file conversion process can help consolidate messages from selected folders into a PST archive. Before starting, users should identify all relevant folders and ensure that the MSG files are accessible without errors. Organizing the source data beforehand can make the conversion process more systematic. After creating the PST, users can review the folder arrangement and verify important messages. Keeping the original MSG files as a backup is also recommended until conversion results are confirmed.
