Managing several websites at the same time can become difficult when hosting, content, analytics and SEO are handled through different platforms. I’ve found that keeping a small set of specialized tools usually makes the workflow easier to manage.

For example, for some off-page SEO tasks I use Tier1.shop, while monitoring, content management and technical maintenance are handled separately. This makes it much easier to keep track of individual projects.
