MMOEXP :Samurai are a dominant force in Elden Ring (38 อ่าน)

No matter if you're a fan or you don't, samurai are a dominant force in Elden Ring Runes. This is a great class with some solid base statistics and equipment that can see you through the end of the game, if you manage them right and level them up. The uchigatana is a particularly useful weapon for beginners. However, there's another sword that has an ever-growing fan base singing its praises The Moonveil katana.
The Moonveil is akin to it's akin to Rivers of Blood and uchigatana. It's designed like a katana, traditional Japanese-style curved blade and all. The process of getting it right isn't easy but it's not impossible. You gotta defeat a giant fire-breathing, sword-wielding salamander called Magma Wyrm in the depths of Gael Tunnel. It's close to the border of Limgrave. That's a tough fight. Magma Wyrm is big and the circular arena is small, so navigating it sucks. The camera could also get stuck on the wall if you're not cautious and Magma Wyrm has some attack that can kill you in one hit. It's a fun way to express frustration.
If you're able to get rid of the deadly Magma Wyrm, though you'll earn the dragon's heart along with the highly sought-after Moonveil. And let me tell you, this sword appears cool in action! It's a magic-based sword with the ability to build up blood loss and a high damage output that scales in Dexterity, Intelligence and Strength. However, what makes it sought-after is its weapon skill which is called transient Moonlight. Like the uchigatana's weapon by holding that left-hand shoulder button you can sheathe the blade to prepare for the quick attack as well, but in addition to that devastating physical attack drawing the Moonveil katana also launches the blue wave of projectile. This will give your Tarnished an armed weapon that is able to be used at a distance.
Transient Moonlight is what makes the Moonveil deadly. Even after FromSoftware stealthily nerfed it in a recent patch, the katana still quickly builds up the blood loss status effect, hits hard when upgraded, and shoots out a Vergil-from-Devil-May-Cry-style blade wave. In PvE it's an ideal way to get a few strikes into the game while keeping a distance. For PvP players, this skill is an absolute blessing. This skill lets you keep the pressure up within close proximity, and lets you interrupt the majority of casting animations at long range.
Being the one who is being snubbed is a snare that there's folks on both sides. Many love the Moonveil, that it has helped them fight many bosses and invaders back-to-back. Some call it broken due to the fact that players spam Transient Moonlight too often. Some players appear to dislike the Moonveil such that they named their Tarnished to communicate their displeasure on other gamers. This is quite extreme.
I get it. A weapon that instantly releases a projectile that is extremely damaging must be frustrating in PvP. But at the same time, as a devout katana user, I'm totally taking the Moonveil. It's the type of weapon that brings out the otaku in me and lets me play my fantasies as a the ronin of Rurouni Kenshin or even cheap Elden Ring Items own samurai, The Bloody Finger Hunter Yura, instead of some raggedy stained. I wish my ghost dogs and I could stop that damn Magma Wyrm.
