Sobha World CityBangalore is a high-end apartment building project by Sobha Limited that was just pre-launched. It is in Hoskote, East Bangalore. The project is building its first part on 48 acres of land, which is spread out over 300 acres. This project is being turned into 18 tall buildings, each with 9 blocks. This building has a total of 5406 units of high-end 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments.



The flats here are between 703 and 2,407 square feet in size. Prices start at Rs. 85 lakhs and go up based on the size of the flat. For Sobha World City, the end date is set for December 20, 2031. The project has asked for RERA approval and is now in the pre-launch stage.
